At Argos Fragrances, we strive for complete satisfaction with every olfactory experience; however, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene and quality assurance, any fragrance with a broken cellophane seal cannot be returned or exchanged.

Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unopened fragrance in its original luxury presentation box and shipping carton to ensure the glass remains protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned item to verify the seal is intact, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
